Caleb recently checked out a copy of the Guinness Book of World Records from the school library. Ever since, he has been racking his brain for a way to get his photo in the book. After many discussions about how growing out his finger nails or nose hair is just not a good idea, the light bulb of inspiration appeared over his small head.
He is now determined to make the world's largest duct tape ball.
He's got a pretty good start. Infamy and glory await....
Go Caleb!!! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteYou know, I saw the ball of duct tape last night and I was wondering what it was for. Go Caleb!
ReplyDeleteHi Jodie! Welcome to MBC!
ReplyDeleteMy nine year old son once aspired to be an entrant in the Guinness Book of World Records for wearing a wrist band for the most days consecutively. I think we had to cut him off eventually (that or he forgot about it). It started to get pretty stinky!
ReplyDeleteha ha ... i saw that on your counter and figured it had something to do with caleb. xoxo
ReplyDeleteit's good to have a goal.
you could have tried giving him some trick ideas and get a little something out of it for yourself.
ReplyDelete1. Most consecutive days a bed has been made
2. Most times a kid has picked up dog poop.
3. Most vegetables eaten by a kid in a year.
4. Longest time a kid has not fought with his sister.
5. Longest time a child has gone with out having to be reminded to brush their teeth
6. Most hugs given to a mom in one year
call me next time for more ideas!
