Alex sang and danced to Hannah Montana's "You'll Always Find your Way Back Home"- she choreographed this little number all by herself.
One thing is for sure, my kids aren't shy.
There were forty acts in this talent show. Forty. Just thought you might want to know that.
I thought he was "falling down" because his character was supposed to be clumsy. No!?!

I agree with Lisa, I think the falling was intentional. And hilarious! Also, Alex did a great job, even kept her cool when the mic didn't work out so much!
ReplyDeleteParenting questions: do you have to stay for all 40 acts? Can you just leave after your child finishes? Were there prizes awarded at the end for which you wished to be present should Alex or Caleb receive them?
That was AWESOME! I love Caleb's "bit" and also believe that falling is almost always funny. Alex was GREAT!

ReplyDeleteIf your kids want to stay for the after party, you have to stay for all of it. :) If you can, say, bribe them with something better than the promise of cookies, friends, and general celebration, then you can leave. :)
